Spring 2008
Dear Friend:
Greetings to you from Glacier Performing Arts Center. I hope this letter finds you well and enjoying the spring.
We are changing our location and contact information as noted on this website. Many thanks to First Interstate Bank for their generous donation of space and office equipment. GPAC has completed an 18 month intensive period of searching for additional lead donors to advance the project. Many interviews and contacts were made which certainly advanced the idea and helped to spread the word. We are still looking for those significant lead donors and advocates. At this time, the Board feels that it will still be some time before we can all say, " It's time to build GPAC". For this reason, we thought it best that individuals and businesses that have made non-cash pledges be released from that commitment. We know that these ventures can take many years to bring to fruition and are committed to following the course toward that end.
The Board of Directors will continue its operations of looking for that magical formula of people, passion, and timing. The remaining cash donations will be held in a CD account for future GPAC business. We are grateful to all of you that have given your dollars, time and ideas to help keep the dream alive
Please feel free to contact me or anyone on the Board with any questions or concerns. We believe that that a performing arts center in the Flathead Valley is inevitable.
We will contact our supporters when developments occur and hope that will be in the near future.
Please continue to look for updates on this website.
Thank you as always for your continued support and generosity.
Sincerely,

Jayson Peters, GPAC President
